Take pine nuts in a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until pine nuts are light brown.Add butter and melt. Add semolina, turn the heat high. Stir constantly until semolina gets golden brown in color. Add sugar stir turn the heat down to low. Add milk and water and stir with a whisk. Stir constantly until the halva gets ticker to the point of pudding. Turn the heat off. Serve warm. Decorate it with pistachio or walnut.
Take ground beef,bread crumbs, chopped onion,chopped garlic, chopped parsley,cumin, black pepper, red pepper flakes, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl and knead it until well combined.
