YELLOW SQUASH & YOGURT SALAD
Ingredients:
- 6 yellow squashes
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1+1/2 cups of plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup of finely minced walnut
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt
Peel and mince the garlic cloves and take them in a large mixing bowl. Add yogurt and salt to the bowl and whisk until smooth. Add walnut and squashes into the bowl. Stir and take it in a salad bowl.
A mouthwatering dish! A great combo!

Bu salatayi bir defasinda yemis ve cok begenmistim,bir turlu tarifini bulup yapmak nasip olmadi. Gorunce cok sevindim.

ReplyDeleteUmarim bu salatayi da begenirsin. Benim bildigim genel tarifte kabagin suyu sikilip atiliyor ama ben kiyamam o sekilde yapmaya. Cok yogun bir salata olmadi ama saglikli oldugunu soyleyebilirim.

Last time I made this mixed with carrots. You know we either make this salad with carrots or with zucchinis, but mixed, I liked it more.
