WHITE BEAN SALAD
Very simple and healthy dish. I have just had it for lunch. It was very yummy:)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked white beans
- 1/2 medium size of red onion ( sliced )
- 1/2 bunch of parsley ( chopped )
- 1 tsp of sumac
- 1 tsp of red pepper flakes
- juice of half lemon
- 1 tbsp of vinegar
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- salt
- 1 boiled egg ( sliced )
- 1 tomato ( sliced )
- 6-8 black olives
Can't wait to try sumac with beans!
